MINI PANI’s business activity is the manufacture and distribution of deep frozen bakery products within a franchise system established for baking pastry on the premises of our business partner - the franchisee’s outlet. MINI PANI is amongst leaders within the bakery market in Serbia. We have been selling our franchise which conforms to all the conditions of franchise ethical codex according to European Franchise Association for over twelve years. Until now, Mini Pani has developed a network of hundreds of franchise sales points across Serbia and neighbouring countries: Former Republic of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Today, you can find the Mini Pani franchise network on the EU market, as we recently started our operations in Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. Our network is growing all the time and we are actively seeking new franchise partners in Eastern as well as Western Europe. This franchise concept has spread to the UAE market.
For 12 years, the production plant, which occupies 5,000 m2, has been producing quick-frozen bakery products of various flavors and shapes, which are baked in franchisee outlets on hundreds of premises. Right after shaping and filling, MINI PANI products (depending on whether they contain yeast or are unleavened) are fermented, deep-frozen, packaged and then stored at -18 ° C. Shelf life of frozen pastry is 180 days from the date of production. Products are packed by kg. The products are prepared and baked according to pre-defined instructions for baking within the franchisee sale points where customers are offered the pleasure of enjoying freshly baked rolls of constant quality.
Product quality and safety are ensured by careful selection of raw materials and regular control of technological production processes, starting from the preparation of ingredients to the packaging of the finished product. MINI PANI has an integrated system of quality, food safety, environmental protection and certified standards ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 as well as Halal certification.
